Required Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems, data analysis, and healthcare compliance regulations.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, problem-solving aptitude, and the capacity to work under pressure.
